Effective Ways To Improve Your Eyesight!

7 out of 10 people now a days have weak eyesight! Weak eyesight may be genetic, but sometimes poor nutrition and strain on the eyes can also be a factor.  The most common symptoms of week eyesight are watery eyes, blurry vision and headaches.

Most people wear spectacles and contact lenses. What people don’t know is that there is always a way to improve your eyesight!

Here are some exercises to improve your eyesight

Exercise 1: 

Blinking eyes 20 to 30 times rapidly is the easiest of exercise. This exercise must be done twice daily.blinking-your-eyes-color

Exercise 2:

This is the most efficient exercise to improve your eyesight. Hold a pencil, and move it back and forth while focusing it!

Exercise 3:

Roll your eyes clockwise for some second, take a pause and blink your eyes for some seconds and then roll them counter-clockwise. This exercise must be repeated 4 to 5 times daily.


Exercise 4:

Concentrate your vision on a distant object for 3-4 minutes daily! The best way to perform this exercise is to look at the moon and try focusing it.
